This Privacy Policy covers how you use widemarket.com ("Website") and our mobile applications. When you use or access the Website or mobile apps, you're agreeing to the terms here and giving us permission to collect, use, and share your information the way we describe. By "personal information" or "personally identifiable information," we mean details that can identify you as an individual. We don't combine your personally identifiable information with non-personally identifiable information, and we don't help others do it either. YOU CAN TAKE BACK YOUR CONSENT AT ANY TIME. 2. WHAT PERSONAL DATA DOES WIDEMARKET COLLECT
2.1. WE COLLECT THE DATA YOU GIVE US ACCESS TO. Information you share when you connect a third-party service like Facebook or Google to our app Contact details, like your name and email Anything you send to our support team in-game or by email 2.2 WE ALSO AUTOMATICALLY GATHER SOME INFORMATION. Details about your account, how you're progressing through the game, and how you use our Services (things like your bazaar trading history, inventory snapshots, how long you play) Your IP address and device identifiers such as your Advertising ID and Device ID numbers (see "Advertising IDs and Device IDs" for more) Device info including the name, operating system, browser type, and language settings General location information Precise GPS location data when you consent to it 2.3 WE GET SOME DATA FROM THIRD PARTIES TOO. (2.3.1) Facebook data. You can choose to sign into our Services using Facebook. Exactly what we receive depends on your Facebook privacy settings, but typically it's your basic public profile info like your username, profile picture, age range, gender, and which of your friends are also playing the game. We use this mostly to keep your progress in sync across devices so you can pick up where you left off. We might also show your Facebook friends in the game itself and display your public Facebook name and picture on leaderboards or your game profile. (2.3.2) Third-party service providers. Sometimes we get personal information about you from other sources. This could happen when you install our game or click on an advertisement for it before installing. (2.3.3) Advertising partners. We occasionally receive information from advertising networks and other third-party sources. For instance, if you saw an ad for our game in another publisher's app and clicked it, we'll learn which ad network and campaign that came from (see "Advertising" below for more). 3. 5.1 Security We're always working with partners to use the latest methods for keeping your data safe and your experience secure. 5.2 Data Retention We keep your data as long as your account exists or while we need it to run the Service.
6. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
We and our partners use cookies and similar tracking technologies to run and customize the Service, understand how people use it, target ads, and stop fraud. You can turn off cookies in your browser, but some features of the Service might not work right if you do.
7 AGE LIMITS
We don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under thirteen, and we don't target interest-based ads at kids that age. If you're under thirteen, don't send us any information about yourself like your name, address, phone number, or email. No one under thirteen can provide personal data to us. 8. YOUR RIGHTS AND OPTIONS
8.1 Stop getting marketing emails and other direct marketing. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails and marketing messages by following the instructions in those emails. 8.2 Opt out of targeted advertising. On mobile, you can limit interest-based ads by going into your Android or iOS privacy settings and choosing "limit ad tracking" (iOS) or "opt out of interest-based ads" (Android). For example, turn off GPS location sharing in your device settings whenever you want. Depending on where you live and what laws apply to you, you might be able to request things like: · Information about what we store · Access to your data · Corrections if something's wrong · Deletion · a digital copy of everything · You may also have the right to object to how we use your information, including opting out of targeted advertising. To access or delete your data in our games, use the in-game support feature. You'll find it in the game settings. Hit the contact support button and it'll open an email with your game information already filled in. Just mention your privacy policy request in that email. Or email info@widemarket.space directly. We might need to confirm who you are before we can give you your data or delete it, which could mean asking for more information. We won't usually charge you for this, but we reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee if the law allows it.
